The applicant must possess
- a recognised diploma / associate degree, holding a bachelor degree will be an advantage
- 1 - 3 years post-qualification work experience
- proactive and customer-oriented
- good sense of responsibility and be a pleasant team player
- proficiency in Cangjie and / or Sucheng input method and
- good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
(Applicants who do not possess the required qualifications and / or experience may be considered for other positions within the organisation.)
Duties include
- to provide worker registration and other services offered by the CIC in CIC Service Centres located at Kowloon Bay and Nam Cheong or other CIC premises
- to vet the registration applications of registration schemes, and handle enquiries according to the Policies and Procedures as well as service pledge
- to support hotline, events and other administrative matters of the Registration Services
- to utilize AI tools and systems to enhance service delivery and
- to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.
