Assistant Marketing Manager

Your Role

As part of the Affluent Marketing team, you'll help build strategic collaborations that enhance our brand's presence in the premium and luxury market. The role requires creativity, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and a passion for creating impactful brand experiences

• Identify and capture new business opportunities by researching luxury market trends and consumer insights, proposing innovative strategies to achieve defined KPIs
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and premium partnership events aligned with company objectives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Collaborate seamlessly across internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences and brand activations
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness, taking immediate action and recommending improvements to optimize performance
• Negotiate partnership terms, pricing strategies, and joint initiatives with strategic brands and business partners to enhance brand equity and profitability
• Review and manage Profit and Loss (P&L) performance to ensure effective cost control and ROI

To Succeed in This Role

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or business development, ideally within luxury, lifestyle, or premium brand sectors
• Strong creativity and strategic thinking, with proven experience in campaign planning, copywriting, and innovative marketing ideas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and luxury brand partners and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Solid analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting data and generating actionable insights
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Experience in telecommunications, start-ups, or creative agencies will be a strong advantage
