Assistant Manager (1 Year Contract)

Role Purpose

We are looking for a driven Business Analyst to support reporting, analysis, and operational coordination in a fast-paced business environment.

In this role, you will go beyond preparing reports you will help bring clarity to performance, support business discussions, and enable better decision-making across stakeholders.

This position is well-suited for individuals who are analytical, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with data to support real business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate regular performance reports and presentation materials to support business reviews
• Analyse data to identify trends, variances, and translate them into actionable insights
• Support financial and operational tracking across projects and initiatives
• Work with stakeholders to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment of reporting outputs
• Develop and maintain reports using Excel and visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
• Support improvements in reporting through automation and process enhancements
• Coordinate recurring review cycles and ensure timely delivery of quality outputs
• Perform ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and support cross-functional projects and process improvements as required

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field with at least 3 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, or data-related roles
• Experience supporting management reporting or recurring business reviews preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and derive insights
• Proficiency in Excel experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate outputs within timelines
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
