■ Requirements
5-7 years of experience as an HR Generalist
Knowledge of HR systems, as well as digitalization and automation, is an advantage
Knowledge of Singapore labor law and experience working in a multicultural environment
Japanese language proficiency is an advantage (required for internal and external communication)
