The applicant must possess
- a recognised degree, preferably in Occupational Safety and Health / Construction Safety / Construction Management or other related disciplines
- a minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience in leading teams, safety management in construction sites, developing training plans and implementing training programmes for sizeable companies or organisations
- qualification of Registered Safety Officer (RSO)
- holder of Registered Safety Auditor (RSA) qualification would be an advantage
- experience in implementing Smart Site Safety System (4S) and new technologies in construction sites is preferred
- experience in delivering mandatory safety training courses would be an advantage
- excellent supervisory skills, resourcefulness, proactive working attitude and willingness to take up extra responsibilities
- good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively to various stakeholders both internal and external to the organisation and
- good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Duties include
- to oversee the daily operation of Safety TrainingCentre and lead the teaching team to ensure smooth function
- to liaise with the stakeholders on the development and provision of training programmes and / or training schemes to ensure that they meet the needs and demands of the industry
- to devise strategic marketing plan and to provide marketing support to enhance the Safety Training branding and advance the stakeholder relationship
- able to work under pressure, detail-minded, independently, and multitask to meet tight deadlines
- to perform secretariat duties for related working groups and any other relevant meetings and
- to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.
