Job Responsibilities

  • Reconcile Bancassurance,New Business Partners, and Brokerage commissions to ensure accurate and timely commission calculations.

  • Provide support for ad hoc commission manual adjustment cases, including calculation and system processing.

  • Prepare user stories and testplans andperform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), post implementation monitoringfor commission-related system enhancements.

  • Compile and deliver commission-related reports for management within established timelines

Job Requirements

  • Graduate with degree preferably in Business Management or Financial related

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in insurance/banking industry

  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English

  • Proficient in MS Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel (macro/VBA), PowerPoint, SQL, Databrick )

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
