Job Responsibilities

Reconcile Bancassurance,New Business Partners, and Brokerage commissions to ensure accurate and timely commission calculations.
Provide support for ad hoc commission manual adjustment cases, including calculation and system processing.
Prepare user stories and testplans andperform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), post implementation monitoringfor commission-related system enhancements.
Compile and deliver commission-related reports for management within established timelines

Job Requirements

Graduate with degree preferably in Business Management or Financial related
Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in insurance/banking industry
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
Proficient in MS Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel (macro/VBA), PowerPoint, SQL, Databrick )
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
