The Job

  • Manage daily operations of the team which responsible for Renewal Payment/Billing
  • Assess and approve cases within authority
  • Assist team lead to supervise and lead the team to achieve the KPI and SLA
  • Conduct detailed checks on policy information, system inputs, and documentation to ensure all process and documents comply with company guidelines/ regulatory requirement and minimize errors
  • Handle enquires from different channels (e.g. internal departments, distributors and brokers)
  • Provide training and support to the team members to ensure high-quality services delivery
  • Identify areas for enhancement and implement changes to streamline the workflow
  • Assist in any ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned

The Person

  • University degree holder
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in policy administration within life insurance industry
  • Familiar with AML/EDD basic requirements is an advantage
  • Strong leadership, proactive, good communication skills, and multi-tasking
  • Strong team player with the willingness to mentor and coach junior members
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager position
