Summary

The role is responsible for performing Quality Assurance reviews over SP‑related processes, initiatives, and deliverables to ensure appropriate governance, control discipline, and risk awareness.

The Job

  • Perform risk‑based Quality Assurance reviews over Partnership Operations processes, including partnership due diligence, licensing, conduct and related governance activities

  • Assess the design and operating effectiveness of controls, and identify control gaps, process weaknesses and governance issues through evidence‑based review

  • Analyse root causes and potential impacts of identified issues, and document findings clearly, objectively and constructively Support audit, compliance, or regulatory reviews

  • Track agreed remediation actions with relevant stakeholders and validate the effectiveness of issue closure

  • Assess compliance with internal policies, SOPs, governance frameworks, and control standards

  • Prepare QA reports, issue logs, and management summaries for governance reporting and management review

  • Provide practical and proportionate recommendations that balance governance requirements with business operation

The Person

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management or related disciplines

  • Background in quality assurance, audit, compliance, risk or operational control functions within financial services preferred

  • At least 3-5 years relevant experience preferred candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Manager

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate issues clearly and constructively

  • Strong attention to detail with high standards of documentation accuracy

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI exposure to data analytics or AI tools is a plus

  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities

  • Good command of English and Chinese
