Summary
The role is responsible for performing Quality Assurance reviews over SP‑related processes, initiatives, and deliverables to ensure appropriate governance, control discipline, and risk awareness.
The Job
Perform risk‑based Quality Assurance reviews over Partnership Operations processes, including partnership due diligence, licensing, conduct and related governance activities
Assess the design and operating effectiveness of controls, and identify control gaps, process weaknesses and governance issues through evidence‑based review
Analyse root causes and potential impacts of identified issues, and document findings clearly, objectively and constructively Support audit, compliance, or regulatory reviews
Track agreed remediation actions with relevant stakeholders and validate the effectiveness of issue closure
Assess compliance with internal policies, SOPs, governance frameworks, and control standards
Prepare QA reports, issue logs, and management summaries for governance reporting and management review
Provide practical and proportionate recommendations that balance governance requirements with business operation
The Person
Degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management or related disciplines
Background in quality assurance, audit, compliance, risk or operational control functions within financial services preferred
At least 3-5 years relevant experience preferred candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Manager
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate issues clearly and constructively
Strong attention to detail with high standards of documentation accuracy
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI exposure to data analytics or AI tools is a plus
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities
Good command of English and Chinese
