Job Description:

To effectively address the business strategies for Broker and Agency on boarding training, IIQE training, new agent and BG agents on boarding, IUL, ILAS, Life & Health Product Training, and activation, DCR(Deepen Customer Relationship) initiatives, and agency digitalization, the AM/ Training Manager I will help the team head lead and take charge of these strategic initiatives, ensuring the achievement of the desired outcomes. The role entails the development and deployment of a professional and relevant training curriculum for Broker and Agency, which includes a customized class-in-charge program, comprehensive selling-skill and product knowledge, and the cultivation of a distinctive Sun Lifers brand.

. Assist the team head to develop the Broker and Agency on boarding training & development strategy consistent with the company directions.
. Assist the team head in developing, implements and monitors channels performance to achieve production requirements.
. Equip all channels with strong products knowledge and able to achieve the production requirement.
. Develop & implement the communication plan, engagement initiatives & training programs to activate & empower all channels to become top tier advisors.
. Implement the class-in-charge program to uplift channels sales professionalism and improve the new agent's activity ratio.
. Manage and organize a theme-based training clinic and lead management programs.
. Conduct training needs analysis of channels to identify areas where training is needed and develop training programs to address those needs.
. Evaluate training effectiveness of training programs, collecting feedback from participants and agency leaders, tracking the performance of the attendees, and making recommendations for improvement.
. Develop training policies and procedures that support the organization's goals and objectives and ensure that training programs are consistent and effective. Develop training materials such as presentations, manuals, and videos that are used in training programs.
. Ensure that training programs are delivered to a high standard.
. Monitor and enhance the training system (LMS) to be more efficient, user-friendly and accurate

Requirements

. University graduate with a minimum of 8 years of relevant training or product communication experience
. At least 5 years of management experience, encompassing both people and project management skills in the life insurance industry
. IIQE Paper (1-5) knowledge and examination skill set

. Knowledge in Life & Health insurance, Financial Planning, Investment and MPF

. Preferred professional qualifications: FLMI, CFP, FChFP, IIQE, or equivalent
. Proven experience in developing training and learning & development strategies for various channels
. Familiarity with agency culture and operations
. Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities
. Meticulous attention to detail, creativity, ambition, and influential personality
. Demonstrated leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
. Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
. Fluency in English proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is advantageous
. Superior analytical, communication, and leadership abilities
Knowledge
. Proficient in use of computer software (including power point, excel and words)
. Excellent coordination skills in execution among relevant departments , Agency & Broker Channels
. Leverage emerging technologies and learning methodologies to enhance training impact and relevance
