Responsibilities
- Partner with line managers to understand workforce plans, organisation design, and talent needs; support HR Director to coach people leaders on performance, feedback, and team dynamics.
- Coordinate full recruitment cycle (job briefing, sourcing, interviewing, offers, pre boarding) and drive employer branding and campus/early talent channels.
- Maintain and update employee records, process contracts, and assure confidential handling of personnel documents.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and pulse actions; support culture, inclusion, and wellbeing programs.
- Support Total Rewards team with annual pay reviews, promotion cycles, benchmarking, and internal parity checks.
- Maintain accurate HRIS/employee files, contracts, and letters; streamline workflows (automation, SOPs, templates).
- Run the performance management calendar (goal setting, check ins, reviews); enable calibration and development planning.
- Identify local learning needs, coordinate training with Learning & Development team and track effectiveness.
- Support on policies, conduct, grievance handling, and investigations; recommend fair, consistent outcomes.
- Promote a respectful and inclusive workplace; partner with leaders on recognition and retention actions.
- Lead or support regional HR projects
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in Taiwan, covering multiple HR domains.
- Strong knowledge of Taiwan labor law and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, consulting, and conflict resolution skills; high integrity and confidentiality.
- Languages: Fluent Mandarin and professional English.
