Assistant Manager, Land %26 SKYTOPIA Projects

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market sounding at global levels to engage stakeholders for SKYTOPIA developments

• Conduct global search to identify potential investors, operators and users for the facilities and drive international marketing campaign to attract Investors and Operators for SKYTOPIA developments

• Coordinate business discussions with potential business partners and arrange visits to attract investment in SKYTOPIA developments

• Assist in developing a robust business case, including development and financing model, investment projections, shareholding structure, etc. for SKYTOPIA developments

• Assist in mapping out sound business strategies, and preparation of procurement process, for recruiting Investors and/or Operators in SKYTOPIA developments

• Scope, appoint and manage multi-disciplinary consultants, and coordinate with internal departments, for SKYTOPIA developments

• Execute and implement SKYTOPIA developments with Investors/Operators upon confirmation of business partnership

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Art, Real Estate, Hospitality or other related disciplines

• Minimum 6 years relevant working experience

• Knowledge in art, hotel and hospitality industry, and investment appraisal is a plus

• Experience in driving projects targeting premium segments is a plus

• Strong collaboration, communication and analytical skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
