Assistant Manager, Land %26 SKYTOPIA Projects

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing a robust business case, including development and financing model, investment projections, shareholding structure, etc., for SKYTOPIA hospitality-related developments

• Assist in scoping and appointing multi-disciplinary consultants for SKYTOPIA art and hospitality developments

• Conduct market sounding at global levels to engage stakeholders, including art galleries, auction houses, art associations and relevant government bureaus, for art developments at SKYTOPIA

• Manage and execute the tender process for selection of Art Storage Operator

• Execute the Lease Agreement with the Art Storage Operator in coordination with internal teams, including fit-out works application, plans and submissions checking and other facilitations, etc.

• Manage the Lease Agreement with the Art Storage Operator and facilitate the daily ongoing operations

• Assist in managing and coordinating with internal departments for site works in Art Storage Building

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Art, Public Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality or other related disciplines

• Minimum 6 years relevant working experience

• Extensive network with art galleries or art community is a plus

• Good understanding in airport development and leasing environment

• Knowledge in art industry, art community, leasing, and investment appraisal is a plus

• Strong collaboration, communication and analytical skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
