Conduct system audits to ensure compliance with IT operational standards, collaborate with support teams to address issues, and report findings to the Manager
Optimize system monitoring with SOCC and delivery teams, prioritize critical alerts, and develop improved monitoring solutions for better reliability
Facilitate capacity planning, ensuring thorough reviews and accurate reports by support teams, and provide oversight and support
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on automation and resource optimization to enhance efficiency and adapt to evolving technology needs
Represent IT Operations in projects, ensuring operational requirements are met and facilitating smooth handovers and integration with daily operations
Requirements
University Degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology/Systems or related disciplines
Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in project management and transition planning
Holder of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification is preferred
Strong knowledge and practical experience with ITIL V4 or previous versions, including capacity planning, incident management, and continuous improvement
Proficient with monitoring tools to ensure system reliability. Skilled in identifying and prioritizing critical alerts and escalating issues effectively
Experience in managing capacity reviews and escalating risks
Ability to diagnose system issues, conduct detailed audits, and collaborate with teams for compliance and resolution of non-compliance issues
Experience in improving operational efficiency, optimizing systems, and reduce manual effort. Knowledge and experience in automation and process improvement projects are a plus
Strong Communication and Reporting Skills
Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage
