Assistant Manager, Future Travel Experience

Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver projects related to the Flight Token extension, including the pioneering walk-through e-Boarding Gate at T2C, multi-face facial recognition verification family channel at e-Security Gate and e-Boarding Gate, the new Whatsapp Self-Transfer platform and Smartphone Bag Drop Locker projects

• Liaise and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including airlines, service providers, technology partners, legal, regulatory bodies, to refine the new initiative including security, risk, legal and technical requirements

• Prepare and manage project documentation, including funding approval papers, procurement and tender documents, requirements specifications, and related materials.

• Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial compliance and effective budget management

• Drive the implementation of system enhancements and innovative solutions to improve passenger experience and operational efficiency

• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Engineering, Aviation Management and Business or other related disciplines

• At least 6years of relevant working experience in managing business/operations and using technologies to improve business performance with proven track record in driving change for business transformation / integration projects

• Proficiency in IT and system-related technical knowledge

• Open-minded, creative, critical thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset

• Proven experience in UX/UI design and project management

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

• Strong problem solving, analytical, supervisory and organization skills

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office application and analytical tools, e.g. Power BI
