Handle leasing matters of shopping malls including leasing enquiries, new lettings, renewals and tenancy administration
Assist to formulate and implement leasing strategy
Conduct market research, data analysis and compile leasing reports
Co-ordinate premises takeover & handover, fitting-out and renovation works
Requirements:
Degree in Real Estate, Business or related disciplines
Minimum 4 years experience in retail leasing, preferably with major developers
Strong networks with real estate agents and potential retail tenants
Proactive, positive attitude and good team player
Good negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Leasing Officer
