Assist in monitoring the financial performance of leasing portfolio
Prepare monthly financial reports for management review
Work with business units to prepare budgeting and forecasting plans
Consolidate revenue & expenses of leasing portfolio and track performance with variance analysis
Provide support for ad-hoc analyses and reports
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years solid experience in financial reporting and analysis, preferably gained from real estate industry
Qualified member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent is a plus
Proficiency in consolidating accounts and well versed in using Excel for financial modeling
Strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
