Key Role:
- Assist manager in developing category/ brand strategy and marketing plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to execute brand strategy and plans to achieve category business objectives and brand marketing measurements.
Responsibilities:
- Execute market research activities to identify consumer and customer insights.
- Develop and execute brand marketing plans, from NPD/ EPD, pricing, communications, media, WOM to promotion plan and tactics.
- Track marketing initiatives against set measurements to enhance effectiveness and business impact.
- Deliver brand growth targets with brand P&L accountability and market share growth.
- Develop acquisition plan that fits with consumer journey.
- Support brand equity building and trend-driven creative communication.
- Manage projects with external and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Manage marketing expenditures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness/ ROIs.
- Collaborate with Sales function, Trade Marketing and CRM to identify trade needs & opportunities, developing pricing, distribution, consumer promotion strategies for assigned category.
Professional Qualifications/Experience:
- University or above Degree in marketing, business administration or related disciplines
- Recommended 3-5 years of experience in marketing preferably with FMCG companies
- New product development, project management and launch plan execution
- Adaptation/ localization of global/ regional marketing strategies, copy/ program resources to drive local business growth
- Develop, present/ align, and execute brand plans including advertising/ communications, media, digital/ social, consumer promotion, trade/ in-store, product/ pricing, etc.
- Market research exposure on A&U, concept & copy development, brand performance tracking, etc.
- TVC/ print/ digital creative development & production
- Media brief development, execution plan and post-track/ optimization
- Understands P&L and budget management to deliver sales, margin, profit targets.
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Proficient in MS Office applications
