.Ensures that the relevant support to a day's transactions is complete and to review the following:
.Review and approve General Cashiers Report ensuring that all receipts are intact and remitted to the bank promptly.
.Record the sequence of Cheque received by mail list and receipt number used according to General Cashier Report.
.To check computer cheques of over a pre-defined amount before passing to Director of Finance for approval.
.To check all auto-paid cheques before passing the authorisation form to Director of Finance.
.To review month-end payroll summary.
