Job Description

In this role, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end processing of voluntary corporate actions across multiple entity and product types, ensuring accurate processing, effective risk management, timely escalation, and strong client service.

Key responsibilities

Process voluntary corporate action events across APAC markets and multiple product types
Manage day-to-day queries from trading desks and interact directly with external prime clients
Support BAU and resolve operational queries raised by internal/external stakeholders
Handle exceptions, ensure appropriate risk escalation, and maintain control effectiveness
Clear and substantiate reconciliation issues in a timely manner
Participate in process improvement, automation, and technology enhancement initiatives
Support ad hoc requests from the supervisor/manager as needed

Role requirements

3+ years experience in Asset Services within a global markets environment
Product knowledge across: Equities, Bonds, Equity Derivatives, and Prime Finance
Strong attention to detail and time management
Ability to manage risk and exceptions with timely escalation
Prime client exposure is a plus
People management experience is a plus
Experience with process improvement and/or FinTech/digital tools is a plus
Fluent in English
