As the Asset Management Risk Business Manager (APAC) within the Asset Management Risk Management team, you are at the center of keeping JPMorgan Chase strong and resilient. You help the firm grow its business in a responsible way by anticipating new and emerging risks, and using your expert judgement to solve real-world challenges that impact our company, customers, and communities. Job responsibilities

  • Coordinate and/ or prepare materials for monthly Management Committee meetings, as well, quarterly Board meetings
  • Own the overall governance process and annual review of the legal entity specific Risk Management policies and processes
  • Assist with completing reports for the Risk Management function for the JPM Asset Management APAC legal entities.
  • Drive execution of periodic regulatory submissions, such as the yearly liquidity analysis for the and other reporting requirements for regulators
  • Lead coordination and review of Inter-affiliate Service Agreements, and documented initial and periodic due diligence alongside ongoing monitoring processes
  • Maintain schedules of critical regulatory activities and deadlines for the AM APAC Risk team
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and analyses as requested by senior management

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Professional qualifications from reputable training institutes or professional bodies in Hong Kong are recognized
  • Proven experience delivering high-quality presentations and reports
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to design excellence
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Ability to demonstrate thoughtful rationale in decision-making
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in asset management or wealth management
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in Hong Kong financial services
  • Experience coordinating regulatory submissions and governance processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience supporting senior management and C-level stakeholders
  • Knowledge of risk management frameworks and best practices
  • Enhanced Competency Framework certifications are preferred
