Location- Taiwan
Responsibilities:
The top candidate will exceed sales revenue goals by effectively executing on key strategies and activities to include:
- Working as a team or individually for assigned customer accounts.
- Improving customer productivity, efficiency, and flexibility through INNOMOTICS products and system portfolio.
- Building and maintaining a business plan by cultivating a healthy sales pipeline through assigned customer accounts, following up on existing and future projects, managing and support customer base.
- Building strategies and long-term partnership with new OEM account
- Professional escalating and expediting customer issues and requirement.
- Leverage customer relation management on entire sales cycle, prioritize activities and provide accurate forecasting information.
- Independent on offering proposal through online sales tools and liaise with factory on offering.
Technical knowledge and experience brought in
- Efficiency in carry out communication and response between customer and factory.
- Exposure and knowledge in Medium/High voltage motor and VFD application
- Compliancy with company as well as site health and safety measures
- Customer Satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Non-Senior Management
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's degree. More than 5 years of relevant experience within the industry
- Power Electronics, Electrical and control disciplines
- Good knowledge of industrial power systems products/applications/solutions
- Diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Good base knowledge of PC (office tools) Fluent in spoken and written English
- Electrical and Electronic Engineering background is a must.
