Learn more about our Featured solutions here: https://www.dupont.com/about/our-businesses.html ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Facilitate the development of CMPT process applications and technology to fulfill the emerging needs in semiconductor fabrication. Own the role of maximizing the performance merits of CMPT products through application engineering to achieve the desired business goals with well understanding of CMPT existing and emerging product portfolio. In partnership with marketing, sales, and field service team for CMPT product/technology introductions and real-time technical discussion with customers for troubleshooting during engagement process. Capable of driving for excellence in providing precise and efficient application expertise to support engagements and facilitate the development of new methodology and metrology at internal lab to enhance the overall capability. Own the technical training and sharing to internal organizations to demonstrate product stewardship and provide technical insights to internal stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree or above in Engineering or science related. Minimal 3 years experience in semiconductor related CMP applications. Fluent language skill in English to provide effective communications across the board. Demonstrated ability in interpersonal skill and self-motivated capability to work independently. Good oriental and prioritizing skill in project management with sense of urgency to meet the commitments. Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with professionalism. Knowledge of experiment design and data analysis using six-sigma concept is a plus. Frequent Travel within Taiwan and APR region is expected.
