AP & FA Accounting Specialist (1-year contract)

Tasks:

Execute accounts payable operation including invoice review, account reconciliation and relevant AP reporting

Perform input VAT handling, e-GUI data entry and input VAT reconciliation

Perform month-end closing, AP, Fixed assets bookkeeping and relevant reports

Prepare Inter-company reconciliation and monitor the status of open items

Support AP and Fixed assets relevant projects

Ongoing daily supports in Accounting department

Requirements:

University degree in Accounting or equivalent

Three years of hands-on working experience in accounting and tax fields

SAP experience will be a plus

Familiar with Taiwan tax laws, local GAAPs and IFRS

Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with internal and external contacts, good English communication skill

Able to work with details and with high initiative to make improvement

Able to work independently with efficiency and minimum supervision

Positive working attitude, self-motivated and disciplined
