【job Description】
- Develop analytic methodologies to support new product development, including but not limited to photoresist, laminate, and metallization, and semiconductor products.
- Develop methodologies for qualifying and building up the impurity identification methods for the products/raw materials.
- Comprehensive data analysis through multiple techniques from LC-MS, GC-MS, IC-MS, ICP-OES/MS, NMR, and any new potential analytical techniques.
- Extensively collaborate with the global analytical network and internal partners for advanced analytical methodology.
【Qualification】
- PhD degree in Chemistry/Polymer Science/Biochemistry/Materials/Chemical Engineering is required.
- 3+ year experience in NMR, LCMS, GCMS, or analytical science is required.
- Experience in chromatography with MS analytic chemistry (ion mobility, MALDI-TOF, QQQ, etc.) and/or related areas is required.
- Strong background in organic chemistry, mechanism, and structure elucidation.
- Experience in polymer science, including synthesis and processing, is a plus.
- A self-starter with a high degree of personal initiative
- Effectively communicates verbally and in written communications to team members and management on all aspects of program activity.
- Demonstrated ability to make clear, persuasive, concise, and well-organized oral presentations.
