Analyst/Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and prepare internal reports covering both property performance, market trends and other relevant indicators for review by Asset Management
• Assist with financial modelling and performance analysis, operational and capital expenditure assessments
• Assist with financial models to support asset management decisions
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including property managers and consultants

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related a related field
• Possess expertise in financial modeling and valuation, financial statement analysis, due diligence and data analysis
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and a collaborative team player
