Responsibilities
- Provide personalized home advice and solutions to customers, tailored to their specific needs and preferences
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer's financial situation, goals, and property requirements to recommend suitable home loan and mortgage products
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit and underwriting, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and product offeringsto provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Actively participate in customer outreach activities, such as events and workshops, to promote the bank's home loan and mortgage solutions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support the bank's compliance and reporting requirements
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and interpret financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology tools to support customer interactions and data analysis
