Job Content
- Assist the Head of Business Management in carrying out responsibilities and tasks.
- Co-work with business stakeholders for initiatives and regulatory/group policy implementation .etc.
- To ensure day-to-day GPB investment transaction operation flow is performed smoothly.
- To complete relevant investment transaction reporting requested by group / local authority.
- To prepare internal management MI reports for senior management evaluation and monitoring.
- Review existing process flow to form up streamlining process to optimize client investment journey.
- Ensure all processes are complied with group guidelines and external regulations.
Skills Requirements
- Bachelor or above university degree
- Experienced in business management/operations
- Strong risk and compliance mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and work independently under pressure within a team environment
- Familiar with MS Excel, Word
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Extensive knowledge of Bank practices, regulatory environment, and investment products
- Organized, self-initiated and detail oriented
- Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
License/Qualification Requirement
