The Role

Como Analista de Suporte, você será a pessoa especialista de referência em testes e resolução de problemas, desempenhando um papel essencial na identificação e solução de questões relacionadas a atualizações de software, imagens de sistemas e implantação de hardware de ponta.

Responsabilidades:

  • Prestar suporte técnico presencial e remoto para usuários finais, incluindo executivos
  • Diagnosticar e resolver problemas de hardware e software em diversos dispositivos
  • Realizar testes, atualizações de software e implantação de imagens de sistemas
  • Instalar e configurar equipamentos de TI (desktops, laptops, periféricos)
  • Garantir a funcionalidade e segurança dos sistemas operacionais e aplicativos
  • Registrar e acompanhar chamados no ServiceNow, garantindo cumprimento de XLAs e SLAs
  • Colaborar com equipes internas e parceiros estratégicos para resolução de incidentes
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria, automação e redução de custos
  • Apoiar projetos de modernização tecnológica e implantação de novos dispositivos
  • Garantir excelente experiência do usuário final, mantendo altos padrões de qualidade.

Habilidades e experiência necessárias:

  • Disponibilidade para atuar 100% presencial em Belo Horizonte - MG
  • Experiência em suporte de TI
  • Conhecimentos técnicos básicos em TI e microinformática
  • Experiência com ServiceNow
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação (e-mail, telefone e presencial).

Habilidades e experiência desejáveis:

  • Superior completo em Ciências da Computação, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas
  • Habilidades básicas de leitura em inglês.
