Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Taipei for an Amazon Associate at Supacaz. The role includes day-to-day tasks such as packaging and preparing products for shipment, unloading and organizing inventory, and sorting items for distribution. The Amazon Associate will also play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service and coordinating logistics as required.

Qualifications

• Experience with packing, unloading, and sorting inventory
• Proficiency in forklift operation and warehouse management
• Strong customer service skills to address queries and ensure satisfaction
• Attention to detail and ability to manage inventory efficiently
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of e-commerce operations is a plus
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly advantageous
