Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Taipei for an Amazon Associate specializing in the distribution of cycling, baseball, and racquet sports sunglasses. You will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, including packing, unloading, and sorting products, as well as providing top-notch customer service. The role may also include operating equipment to ensure efficient order fulfillment and contributing to the operational success of SUPACAZ's ecommerce presence on Amazon.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in packing, unloading, and sorting items for inventory and shipping.
• Experience in maintaining high-quality customer service standards and addressing inquiries or concerns professionally.
• Knowledge of safe and efficient forklift operation is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and independently with minimal supervision.
• Interest or background in cycling, sports, or related industries is a considerable advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification required.
