Role Description

The Amazon Associate (Cycling, Baseball, Racquet) is a full-time, on-site role located in Taipei. This position includes responsibilities such as packing, unloading, and sorting inventory, managing product listings for cycling, baseball, and racquet categories, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with internal teams to optimize product visibility on Amazon.

Qualifications

• Experience in Packing, Unloading, and Sorting inventory
• Proficiency in Forklift Operation and warehouse safety practices
• Strong Customer Service skills with a commitment to delivering a positive shopping experience
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and familiarity with Amazon seller tools is a plus
