It empowers creation with AI and is committed to lowering the threshold of creation through AI technology and empowering the intelligent upgrade of visual content production and creation. The team deeply supports multiple business lines such as Douyin, Jianying, Jimeng, Doubao, and commercialization, and continues to delve into multiple business scenarios such as image and video generation, intelligent editing, digital people, and special effects. Through intelligent tools and algorithms driven by AI, it provides users with a smarter, more convenient, and richer creative experience, helping ordinary users easily achieve high-quality content creation. At the same time, it provides strong technical support for professional creators and promotes the prosperity and innovation of the content ecosystem. 1. Responsible for the research and development and optimization of multi-modal generation, multi-modal understanding and other algorithms, and follow up on cutting-edge technology research in the field of computer vision 2. Relying on the large models and basic CV technology of the company and the industry, build multi-modal algorithm capabilities for business applications to help the business succeed.
Qualifications
1. More than 5 years of work experience in computer vision and AI R&D 2. Candidates with solid visual technology skills, experience in large-scale visual model research and implementation, or familiarity with multiple technical directions such as text/visual/multimodality are preferred 3. Candidates with strong problem analysis and learning abilities, able to quickly follow cutting-edge technologies and apply them to practical problem solving, and candidates with experience in product implementation are preferred 4. Have good communication and collaboration skills, be proactive and enthusiastic, and be able to work harmoniously with the team 5. Have management experience in an algorithm team.
