AI Server Hardware Design Engineer/Manager

【Job Description】

1. Lead AI Server / Storage platform RFQ evaluation, architecture definition, and risk assessment

2. Develop system-level hardware schematics for CPU/GPU/ASIC platforms

3. Design and validate high-speed interfaces (PCIe Gen5/6, DDR5, NVLink, SerDes)

4. Drive board bring-up, power-on, debugging, and system validation

5. Manage BOM strategy, cost optimization, and component planning

6. Electronic circuit design, layout, signal validation, testing, and problem analysis

7. Support factory L6 & L10 related FA during new product development and trial production

8. Interface with Hyperscaler / Tier-1 customers and internal teams on technical issues

9. Cross-functional collaboration (HW / FW / BIOS / BMC / SI / ME / Driver / OS)

10. Lead technical risk assessment, issue tracking, and mitigation strategy

【Requirements】

1. Proficient in OrCAD, Allegro

2. TOEIC 550 or above preferred

3. Willingness to travel overseas as required
