Responsibilities
1. Design and research and development of high-speed network technology to meet the network needs of AI/large model business in multiple scenarios such as training, reasoning, and storage 2. Research and development of high-speed network platform systems that support large-scale AI scenarios, including fault location and performance analysis, etc. 3. The research and development of core technologies such as high-performance AI communication framework, network protocol stack, and end-network application collaborative optimization can ensure the high reliability and performance of the network while supporting large-scale business expansion 4. Promote the continuous evolution of AI network technology through technological innovation and create ultra-low latency and high-speed interconnection technology suitable for large-scale AI scenarios.
Qualifications
1. Proficient in computer networks and network programming 2. Proficient in at least one mainstream programming language, such as C/C++, Python, Go, etc. 3. Familiar with the latest developments in the field of high-performance networks and systems, including RDMA, congestion control, AI network optimization and other technologies 4. Applicants with experience in AI network fault location and performance optimization are preferred 5. Applicants with experience in developing high-performance communication frameworks (such as NCCL, MPI, various RPC libraries, etc.) will be given priority.
