Responsibilities
1. AI strategic planning: Provide enterprise customers with top-level design for AI technology transformation, including technology selection, scenario implementation planning, implementation roadmap and ROI analysis, to promote customers to achieve intelligent upgrades 2. Technical solution design: Based on cutting-edge technologies such as large models (LLM) and agents (Agents), and combined with industry needs to design implementable AI solutions 3. Customer demand analysis and research: excavate customer pain points through interviews, data analysis, etc., output demand analysis reports, and clarify AI application scenarios and priorities 4. Industry trends and technology research: track global AI technology development trends (such as multi-modal models, Agent frameworks, AI Agent platforms, etc.), and output industry white papers, case analyzes and technical research reports 5. Training and support: provide AI technology training to customer management and technical teams, and assist in formulating internal AI capability building plans 6. Project management: Coordinate internal and external resources to promote full life cycle management of AI projects from planning to implementation to ensure delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
1. Education background: Computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, management information systems and other related majors are preferred 2. Work experience: More than 3-5 years of work experience in the AI field, those with experience in consulting companies or corporate digital transformation projects are preferred 3. Technical capabilities: Be familiar with the technical principles, application scenarios and industry ecology of large models understand the agent technology framework (such as AutoGPT, LangChain), RAG, and AI engineering deployment master the basic knowledge of machine learning/deep learning, and be familiar with mainstream AI development tools (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.) 4. Core skills: Excellent industry research ability, able to independently complete technical feasibility analysis, product benchmarking and commercial value assessment excellent report writing ability, proficient in using PPT, Excel and other tools to output structured plans strong logical thinking and cross-department communication skills, able to clearly convey technical value to executives with non-technical background. Bonus points: 1. Experience in AI implementation in vertical industries such as finance, manufacturing, and retail 2. Familiar with Python programming and able to quickly verify technology prototypes (such as calling APIs, building simple Agent processes) 3. Fluent in English, able to read international cutting-edge technology papers and refine core insights.
