- Drive execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch
- Own pricing for the product lines to meet profit objectives by conducting cost analysis with the support from other Product team members and the Integrated Operation teams
- Lead cross functional teams including Sourcing Buyer, Supply Chain, Contract Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and Manufacturing Technology teams to drive supply chain and operational excellence, execute asset strategy and continue to improve cost position
- Collaborate with global cross functional teams to support PCF (Product Commercialization Framework) projects, portfolio management decision, demand and supply reconciliation, and execute product decision
- Overlook and continue to upgrade toller network to support product development pipeline
- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
- Gather and manage ideas coming from different sources (e.g. internal stakeholders, business leaders, and customers/end users). This includes building and maintaining pipeline ideas, and keeping stakeholders informed about the status of their ideas and requests
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact, and projectizing initiatives as needed to drive execution
- Assist with the development of product strategy, PO process and business plans
