- Development of highly reliable Electronic Assemblies (PCBA) and Processes for Automotive Electronics
- Responsibility for new and improved technologies, processes and concepts regarding function, cost, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Technical support of local and global product development and production plants
- Cooperation with our international development locations in Germany, Hungary, and Hongkong
- Master or PhD in material science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics or comparable studies
- High precision metal part stamping experiences like terminals, shield is a plus
- Enthusiasm for innovation, technical questions and academic work.
- Well-structured working style and quality mind-set.
- Good communication skills and ability to lead interdisciplinary teams
- Languages: Very good English skills, Chinese (Mandarin)
