1. Bachelor degree or above 2. Internet advertising sales experience will be preferred those with distribution of novels and short plays or copyright owners will be preferred 3. Cheerful, outgoing, strong communication skills, good customer development and service capabilities, excellent sales, negotiation and oral and written communication skills 4. Able to adapt to work pressure and dare to face challenges, and have good customer group relations 5. Have keen market insight and strong execution ability.
