Responsibilities
1. Participate in the full-scenario and full-link optimization of advertising for Douyin products, including the overall optimization of recall/coarse/fine/mixed placement modules, to build an industry-leading next-generation advertising delivery system 2. Under the online deep learning framework, combined with cutting-edge technology, continue to optimize the accuracy of CTR/CVR/DeepCVR models, and continue to improve the ceiling of prediction capabilities 3. Under the massive advertising candidates, carry out recall/rough ranking model and link optimization, and combine different delivery targets such as services/materials to continuously optimize the link funnel efficiency 4. Participate in cutting-edge exploration of business strategies such as mixed ranking/long-term value modeling/crowd conversion penetration/user experience, etc., to promote the comprehensive collection of all ends 5. In-depth study of characteristic business scenarios such as native/incentive/new style interaction, design and implement integrated models and strategic plans, and promote comprehensive and rapid business development.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer, software engineering and other related majors, with a solid computer foundation 2. Excellent coding skills, familiar with C++/Python, and solid data structure and algorithm skills 3. Familiar with one or more of data mining, machine learning, and distributed computing, with practical experience in deep learning, and research experience in machine learning algorithm optimization theory 4. Have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and have a good team spirit 5. Bonus points: high data sensitivity, experience in optimizing strategy/business-related algorithms, and familiarity with advertising/recommendation business 6. Bonus points: top international conference papers, well-known GitHub works and other public results, and winning algorithm competition awards such as Kaggle/ACM, etc.
