Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. It is the world's largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Technology definition: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and identify market trends and competition.
2. Technology value selling: Collaborate with customer service teams to conduct demonstrations, ensuring technology value are well received by customers.
3. Customer support: Collaborate with customer service teams to provide ongoing customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
4. Technology program management:
(1) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
(2) Monitor and report on program performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
5. Relationship building: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and customers.
Job Qualifications:
1. MS or Ph.D. with > 15 years experience in FinFET technology, responding for business development or customer support or design enablement or process development or product engineering.
2. Ability to analyze and interpret market, business and customer information for strategy development.
3. Ability to work and operate effectively with cross-functional teams.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
