Opportunity Overview
- Need a SEG admin for SEG daily operation activities in Taiwan
- Take care of SEG group activities administrative work
- Take care of SEGdemo room management activities.
- Take care of SEG training activities.
- Take care of SEG dept. meeting, finance, and personnel data.
- Supporting other tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.
- Ad-hoc requests addressed from the management team when needs.

- Bachelor's degree required with 3-5 years professional experience in related work
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Advanced skills in the use of personal computer and related software
- Oracle MRP experience desirable
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel
- Great attention to details
- Candidate must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
