The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales and Engineering Assistant to support our business development and technical operations teams. This role bridges the gap between client-facing sales activities and internal engineering processes, ensuring smooth communication, efficient project execution, and high customer satisfaction.
In this role you will:
- Coordinate with FSEs to understand requirements and relay them to internal teams
- Assist to complete service PO and billing process
- Maintain and update databases and FSE reports
- Schedule meetings, follow up, and support FSEs
- Collaborate with engineers to track project progress, timelines, and parts LT
- Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and reports as needed
- Assist in QN quality tracing, and data collection
- Manage inventory of tools, components, and technical materials
- Support procurement and vendor coordination for engineering supplies

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic SAP or technical drawing tools
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Related working experience is a plus.
