The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales and Engineering Assistant to support our business development and technical operations teams. This role bridges the gap between client-facing sales activities and internal engineering processes, ensuring smooth communication, efficient project execution, and high customer satisfaction.

In this role you will:

  • Coordinate with FSEs to understand requirements and relay them to internal teams
  • Assist to complete service PO and billing process
  • Maintain and update databases and FSE reports
  • Schedule meetings, follow up, and support FSEs
  • Collaborate with engineers to track project progress, timelines, and parts LT
  • Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and reports as needed
  • Assist in QN quality tracing, and data collection
  • Manage inventory of tools, components, and technical materials
  • Support procurement and vendor coordination for engineering supplies

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic SAP or technical drawing tools
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Related working experience is a plus.
