Administrative Assistant II (holding the functional title of Assistant Director) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 533145 (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good University degree with at least 6 years full-time work experience, preferably in student admissions. They should also have a solid command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), sound interpersonal and communication skills, strategic thinking, innovative and effective organization skills in initiating and executing plans to deliver expected quality outputs under tight deadlines and be strong team builders and outcomes-driven leaders. They should have a professional work attitude and a high level of computer literacy are essential qualities. They should also have a passion for working with students and alumni from all backgrounds and cultures.
The appointee will assist in marketing and admissions for the Faculty's undergraduate programmes, committee work, and supervisory of clerical staff. He/She will also perform any other duties as assigned.
