Responsibilities:
Assist in procurement and backend administrative support for the operations of the department and Customer Service team
Provide administrative and secretarial support such as scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, proofreading and drafting documents
Conduct document handling, filing, receiving and distributing mail and correspondence, and general office coordination
Perform administrative support for service contract management, including contract payments and tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
Monitor the performance of contractors through regular audits and workflow review, and support general administration, monthly report preparation and payroll verification according to established standards and procedures
Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Associate degree /higher diploma holder with at least 1 year of work experience, preferably in aviation and/ or transportation industry
A good team player, detail-oriented, enthusiastic and motivated
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office application and project management software tools
