Your expertise will lay the foundation for scalable financial operations and internal controls, ensuring that our business not only stays compliant but also thrives amidst its growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administer and oversee full sets of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
2. Prepare and ensure timely submission of monthly management accounts and financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
3. Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing and record-keeping.
4. Perform reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, inventories, accruals and bank, treasury and banking facilities.
5. Maintain proper filing and housekeeping of financial records.
6. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers and other regulatory authorities for audit, taxation, and financial matters.
7. Performs any other ad-hoc assignment or duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Educational Credentials: Possession of a Degree or Diploma in Accounting or related fields is imperative.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in accounting software is essential, with a specific preference for candidates adept in using AutoCount.
• A familiarity with digital tools, particularly those within the Microsoft Office and Google Suite, is highly desirable.
• Professional Experience: 2-3 years of related accounting experience in handling a full set accounting. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in audit is an added advantage.

What's on Offer

Monthly salary:

• Accounts Executive (RM3,000 - RM5,000 monthly)
• Senior Accounts Executive (RM4,000 - RM6,000 monthly)

Note: Salary offered takes into consideration your skills, past experiences and potential contributions.

What are the usual working hours Monday-Friday (9:30am-6:30pm)

Where will I be working at T01 & T02, 3rd Floor, Atria Shopping Gallery, Jalan SS 22/23, Damansara Jaya, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
