Job Title: Accounting Manager

What You'll Do

Manage Accounting Control

• General Ledger Accounting for Monthly Closing
• Reconcile and identify Revenue / Expense: MUR, Sync, Neighboring Rights, License, management Income
• Manage AR
• Manage Revenue and cost part of Internal/External Audit requirement
• Reconcile and identify Revenue: International/Domestic Repertoire, Local/Central DSP, Wholly

Owned/Distribution Deal

• Manage Local WACS and Prepare Mechanical Royalty Report
• Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting, T/E policy

Produce Finance and Accounting Report to Management

• Prepare monthly Sales Report: QDRM, KRDB, AMS etc
• Ensure all reporting are tied up to internal bookkeeping
• Responsible to maintain Revenue part for Forecast and Budget Report
• Support senior manager

Local Administrator and Other

• Manage and Administration for Local DSP's CMS sites, and 3 rd Party System
• Manage AP Vendor Master: Credit Limit and Term etc.
• Support for general affairs

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university in Accountancy, Finance, Economics
• Relevant accounting qualification a plus
• 5+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting
• Multinational company experience preferred

Skills/Abilities:

• Excel (intermediate to advanced skill set) including spreadsheet skills
• Good analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with IFRS and local taxation and updated accounting standards
• Fluent in English
• SAP and Oracle are preferred

This position requires a minimum of four days per week in the office. We value in-office collaboration and believe it's essential for talent development and fostering strong working relationships
