Job Description
This role supports the Finance & Accounting team across
accounts payable,
fixed asset management, and
cash-related routines. Beyond operational work, the position encourages a commercial mindset - understanding how daily financial activities influence business results, operational efficiency, and overall company performance.
- Handle AP-related processing, verification, posting, and vendor communication
- Maintain accurate fixed asset records and support month-end activities
- Assist with cash-related tasks, reconciliations, and routine treasury duties
- Support internal/external audit requests and basic reporting needs
- Participate in process/system improvements and cross-team coordination
- Collaborate with finance leaders to provide data or insights that support business discussions
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, AP, audit, or general finance operations
- Good understanding of accounting standards and internal controls
- Strong attention to detail with proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Comfortable working with Excel and willing to explore basic financial analysis
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Curious, adaptable, and motivated to understand the business beyond numbers
