WHA Eastern Industrial Estate (Map Ta Phut)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall accounting and finance operations, including AP, AR, and GL.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare financial statements, consolidation reports, and tax filings in a timely manner.
- Ensure full compliance with Thai accounting standards and tax regulations (VAT, WHT, CIT).
- Monitor company financial performance and provide management reports for decision-making.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and external parties regarding financial and tax matters.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and internal control improvements.
- Supervise and develop the accounting team while being able to work independently and hands-on.
- Maintain a collaborative and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving within the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPD license is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting and finance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience in financial closing, consolidation, and tax compliance.
- Good knowledge of Thai accounting and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in English communication (both spoken and written).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar) exposure to new company setup is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A mature, flexible, and cooperative personality with the ability to work independently.
