We are looking for a Account & Program Manager to drive and sustain profitable growth with one of our strategic accounts in the Hi-Tech industry. Individual should have an excellent track- record of building customer relationships and creating valuable and sustainable solutions. Ideal candidate is required to lead business development and manage operations to the client organization's and to drive Quest Global growth in assigned line of business into existing and new customers. The role will entail overseeing a number of pursuits, mining and mapping a focus account, sector specific strategies and driving the supporting solution team to provide a credible and quality response to client's requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Operations: Oversee all aspects of the Program, including budgeting, staffing Customer Management: Oversee customer service operations to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • ODM Management: Coordinate and manage relationships with ODMs, ensuring quality and timely delivery of products and services.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and manage staff members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners, including ODMs.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate large teams to achieve operational goals and deliver outstanding service
  • Business Development responsible for building mulit-million dollar portfolio, driving revenues within the assigned account scope by being the owner of the entire Opportunity Management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close.
  • Account Planning and Governance - completely responsible for all Client Management processes Plan-Sell-Deliver-Manage.
  • Local Hiring: Support hiring from the local market to build a strong, community-focused team.

Work Experience

  • 12 to 15 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within a service-oriented environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals and deliver outstanding service.
  • Experience managing business of $10 - $15 Million account is desirable
  • Extensive experience in handling ODMs in Taiwan, with a deep understanding of the local market and industry dynamics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in Taiwanese Mandarin
  • Experience in business development and expansion.
  • Ability to support local hiring and build a focused team.
  • Ability to forge relationships and build trust both within and external to organization
