Role Description

The Account Manager is a full-time, 'on-site role based in Taoyuan City. (no remote) The responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing client accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, preparing proposals, presenting solutions tailored to client needs, and managing end-to-end client support. Additional tasks include collaborating with internal teams, handling customer inquiries, and contributing to project execution and delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong account management and client relationship skills, including the ability to nurture and grow partnerships effectively
• Experience in identifying sales opportunities, preparing proposals, and delivering tailored solutions
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills for effectively resolving customer issues and collaborating with internal teams
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple client accounts
• Relevant work experience in wireless communication, manufacturing, or similar industries is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of industry standards and certifications (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001) is beneficial
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for effective communication in an international business environment
